Now my pregnancy is around 29 to 30 weeks. The movement for the baby is very obvious. I can feel the baby hiccup and move around. Tendang-tendang. Sometime I can feel the movement at my below belly button, sometime rasa kat atas perut, sometime merata-rata. Now I feel the perut is very tegang...hehehe..cargas dia kat dalam ni.
Alhamdulillah, bersyukur kehadrat Allah sebab I can feel the moment for being mummy to be. So excited and hope everything goes well.
The movement yang sangat cargas ni menyebabkan I rasa nak 'terkenc' sahaja. Kejap-kejap mau pi tandas. Mau wee weeeeeee..hehehe..
Kadang-kadang I akan risau jugak kalau the baby or our litle "A tak bergerak, tidur ka dia? Merajuk ka dia?? So if this happen I akan ajak dia borak-borak and dengarkan lagu-lagu yang best. Sekarang ni dia suka dengar lagu Maher Zain and Adele. Hahahaha..sangat cargas bila kedengaran those lagu.
Here I am giving you guys tips how to feel the movement. Usually we can notify the movement when it comes at 18 weeks pregnant and above.
- Play a Music to the baby
- Drinks cold water
- Lay down and pusing ke kiri or ke kanan. Diam sekejap
- Berborak-borak bersama si kecil
- Cuba main suluh-suluh sama si perut kita.
InsyaAllah boleh rasa the movement.
I am enjoying this moment. Soooo excited...
